In a city celebrated for its vibrant culture and breathtaking landscapes, Duxton Hotel Perth embarks on the second phase of an ambitious renovation journey.

This extensive enhancement follows the earlier investments in infrastructure upgrades, culminating in a comprehensive transformation that reaffirms its status as Perth's leading independent luxury five-star hotel.

"Over the past 27 years, Duxton Hotel Perth has stood as a beacon of luxury. With this latest renovation, we are not merely redesigning spaces; we are reimagining our legacy. We eagerly anticipate welcoming guests to experience these re-envisioned accommodations and to witness the evolution of our iconic property" stated Mr Low Chin Han, Director of Hospitality of Low Keng Huat, owners of the Duxton Hotel Perth.

Scheduled for completion by September 2024, the refurbishment will unveil a series of exquisite spaces including the Club Rooms, the opulent Club Lounge, the reimagined and extended Presidential Suite with stunning Swan River views, and seven bespoke function rooms, each designed to encapsulate the essence of refined, understated luxury.

The redesigned Club and Presidential Suites merge functionality with elegance, offering a serene retreat for both corporate and leisure travellers.

These rooms feature an open layout with contemporary furnishings and advanced technological enhancements, all while preserving the hotel’s unique character through a vibrant palette that enhances its rich heritage.

True to its commitment to sustainability and local collaboration, Duxton Hotel has partnered exclusively with Western Australian businesses for this transformative project.

Notable partnerships include Real eyes Design, Atifax Project Solutions, bespoke furniture by Cottesloe-native Bethany James, WA Downie Plumbing, Efficient Refrigeration & HVAC, and Expert Electrical.

Each firm plays a vital role in crafting what is set to be a historic renovation.

Additionally, the hotel’s function spaces are redefined with contemporary finishes, offering a modern venue for gatherings in the heart of the Perth CBD.

The food and beverage offerings are also being revitalized, with innovative culinary programs that celebrate Perth’s dynamic cultural tapestry and a $2 million upgrade in Audio Visual and IT infrastructure, positioning Duxton at the forefront of hospitality technology.

Located at the prestigious address of 1 St Georges Terrace, Duxton Hotel Perth remains the preferred choice for dignitaries, diplomats, and discerning travellers, conveniently situated within walking distance of the city's key business sectors, shopping districts, Swan River, and entertainment venues.
