The Ascent is a dynamic, 2.5 hour teambuilding adventure that combines fun with purpose.
The program is structured into four engaging phases:
- Strengths, styles and harnessing the power of teams: Teams investigate and celebrate diverse personality styles and prepare for the journey.
- Problem Solving Superpowers and Scenario Planning: Teams identify each member’s unique strengths, or ‘superpowers,’ and develop a strategic game plan.
- The Ascent: Teams tackle complex, multi-step problem-solving scenarios whilst promoting creativity and collaboration.
- Workplace Crossover: Teams translate the insights gained into real-world applications, enhancing workplace performance.
Successful Demo Sessions
Rapid Teams recently conducted three successful demo sessions with prominent organisations, Minderoo Foundation, Scotch College and Rocky Bay Disability Services.
The feedback was an outstanding 9.5/10 average.
