CLIENT ENGAGEMENT TEAM

As Director of Client Engagement, Tracey takes care of all client facing events and activations for Business Events Perth. With a wealth of industry knowledge spanning three decades, Tracey is well placed to showcase WA to our client base. Tracey spent the last four years heading up Destination Perth, promoting WA as a desirable leisure destination but has returned to her first love business events, having previously worked for Business Events Perth for eleven years in the roles of Director Stakeholders Relations and Membership Manager.

Louise has primary responsibility for the continued client relationship both for confirmed business for Western Australia and state based referral support, enhancing the delegate experience and boosting delegate numbers through the distribution of tactical and strategic marketing assets; hosting site inspections and supporting the delivery of familiarisation tours. Louise has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades including owning her own specialty coffee shop and bar, which she sold to move to Perth from Wales. She’s developed a deep understanding of the industry and truly enjoys building long-lasting relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Louise is passionate about creating memorable experiences and finding solutions that work for everyone. Since moving to Perth she has fallen in love with the city, its people, and its stunning coastline, which she loves to explore.

Originally from the UK, Frankie has a strong background in the financial sector, relationship management and customer service. In August 2024, she made the exciting move to Perth, where she quickly fell in love with the city's vibrant culture and dynamic energy. This relocation inspired Frankie to bring her skills and passion for relationship-building to new heights, continuing to deliver outstanding membership experiences while embracing Perth's unique opportunities. Frankie is responsible for managing the company’s membership portfolio by maintaining pivotal relationships with members, and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. Frankie is committed to delivering exceptional value to BE Perth and its members, ensuring each relationship is nurtured and supported in line with the company’s core values.
