Amway Taiwan Leadership Seminars in Perth Draws Over 1,000 International Corporate Incentive Delegates

At its close, the Amway Taiwan Leadership Seminars held in Perth, Western Australia, spanning over 10 days, marked a significant milestone in boosting WA’s visitor economy.

The seminars attracted over 1,000 delegates across six waves, showcasing Perth as the trendy new destination for corporate and incentive travel groups from across Asia.

Through strategic funding initiatives, the bid partnership between Business Events Australia and Business Events Perth was instrumental in attracting Amway Taiwan to Perth, highlighting the state's appeal as a premier destination for business gatherings and Western Australia’s commitment to facilitating world-class events that foster global connections and immersive experiences.

Gaining firsthand insight into Western Australia's diversity, delegates explored iconic landforms like Wave Rock in the Golden Outback and the Pinnacles in the Coral Coast, to strolling along the Southern Hemisphere's longest wooden piled jetty, the Busselton Jetty in the Southwest.

Other experiences included swimming with dolphins, snapping selfies with Quokkas, zip-line adventures, enjoying world-renowned wines in the Swan Valley and even some local retail therapy.

The Leadership seminars were not only a testament to Perth's allure as a global business events destination but also as a significant economic driver, injecting over $7 million into the state's economy – underscoring the importance of business events in economic growth and promoting business tourism in Western Australia.
